Per mutual agreement, the seller has issue a partial refund and has gained greater appreciation for digital watches and their collectors.

Result, good to hear you've educated him in the fine art of digital watch collecting and may I suggest that you've hopefully pointed him in the right direction regarding auction descriptions which will now be truthful and helped him see the error in his ways by now posting unaltered detailed pictures... ;-)
