That could be - then they sure did a good job of positioning it so the dings above the minutes (edge of case, not edge of display area) came and went. I also thought the surface texture varied a bit. I wasn't able to pull up the pictures at the time - ebay in the USA makes it hard to copy the photos sometimes. No disrespect inended to the seller if I am wrong. I hope I am wrong for the buyers sake.
