No, its not a Pulsar watch. It has National Semiconductor module (time comand at 1 a clock and setting on 4 a clock) and the case is used buy many other watch brands at this time.

That is what I know but i'm not 100% sure

Old time jewellers used to refer to all LED watches as "Pulsars" back in the day...

Like referring to a "Hoover".

Guess there are still some of those "old timers" still around !
