I remember seeing these on eBay about 7 or 8 years ago, can't remember the exact price but I think they were around £150.

A bit more info, price on there is lower than I quoted but I think they were hard to get hold of hence the higher price on eBay..

yeah saw these years ago..from a dutch (the netherlands) designer. The html page does not exist anymore...steep price. much much more then the opiginal price.

The link to 'Ledwatches' is fine it is just the link to 'TO DO TECHNIK & DESIGN' and 'Horloge Platform Nederland' from Ledwatches that no longer exists.

Zed watch has been designed & developed by Axel Philipp Treide and his German industrial design company

The Zed: Was made in 2002 - won Red Dot design award that year.

http://www.ledwatches.net : Ironically, I have been working on a complete rework of that site and all of it's content - true insanity but processed in pieces not so bad. Besides the page you guys found, there is a series of shots from the TODO website, showing some minimal details of the inside. The rework of http://www.ledwatches.net is carrying all the content over to http://www.thedigitalwatch.com, all the content is in a MySql database, the galleries by manufacturer are all thumbnailed with a pop-up lightbox for scrolling through the galleries,etc. Also implementing two different systems to allow users to add pictures to the galleries along with description,photo credit,etc. Someone had asked me about 2 months ago about selling it(ledwatches) and I decided it would be almost criminal to allow the over 10,000 photos,articles,etc. possibly just be lost to the wind. And people have been sending me stuff for years, which I have been dumping into the "somdeay I'll straighten that prick out folder....." Someday arrived about 5-6 weeks ago while I was sick with pneumonia and stuck inside.....
