From the look of the display, I am guessing a NS DOW circuit strapped to an Omega module. No fine trimmer - if you are going to do this, why not put a hole through the module so the trimmer is still accessible?

Should be dot, should not have a day-of-week function, should have a fine adjustment trimmer. My guess is still National Semi circuit strapped to the Omega/Pulsar chassis.
