We don't know that for certain. Without a pic of the inside of the case, it could be a goldfill case. It does look like a SG band. As for the disappearing logo, that's an artifact of angle-of lighting effects; this crystal has the logo done in gold leaf, and shows up well in pics only when the illumination is coming from directly behind the viewer. Mixing of solid and gold-fill parts is not unknown on Pulsar watches; just last week, a P3 showed up with a solid gold case and a goldfill bracelet (the near-impossible-to-find 3115...first one I've seen on eBay in nine years, suggesting it is one of the rarest production Pulsars ever). The 2975 P2 is another example of this mixed base and precious metal construction. Anyway, without a clear inside-the-case pic, this one should be regarded with caution.
Well, clearly, the odds favor this being a 3130. It will be interesting to see how the bidding goes (I was really hoping that, being in Europe, this might turn out to be in 18K...now, THAT would have been a find!). This watch does represent a new serial number block, however (160). I have seen 133, 134, 136, 137, 176, 295, and 315. The last one on eBay was 136446. My 3130s are 133, 134, 136(2), and 176. One 3140 in 138.
