Sorry for being cynical, but to my eyes, going between the shots, I can only imagine a long session in Photoshop.

I looked at the photos in full resolution very carefully, and I believe all they did was to remove the background, that is, make it bright white (appears to have been gray, originally), but they did not (re)touch the watch.

That could be - then they sure did a good job of positioning it so the dings above the minutes (edge of case, not edge of display area) came and went. I also thought the surface texture varied a bit. I wasn't able to pull up the pictures at the time - ebay in the USA makes it hard to copy the photos sometimes. No disrespect inended to the seller if I am wrong. I hope I am wrong for the buyers sake.
