Here's another from just yesterday:
A module sold as "NOS" (item 251389509595). First, I ask if it has been tested which is followed of course by the "we don't know what kind of batteries it takes" excuse (despite the fact that they claim to own a jewelry store). Then, after informing them on the battery type, there's the "no spacers" excuse. After informing them that no spacers are needed and how to test the module, no response. Typical.
