I suspect Grant and Phil are luvvies in real life.....but I could be wrong. A stall for vintage LED's, now that's got my attention. In 10 years of going to car boots I've found 3 LED's, all on the same stall at ?30 each and all bashed to pieces. LCD's now they're 10 a penny. Do you have any distinquishing features apart form exquisite taste in wristwear, we could make a competition out of it in a new thread, sightings of Mr Frequency. Best way to recognise him, see him check the time and having to use 2 hands to do it. :D

Ha-ha, Well Phil & Grant out of all of the cast are very friendly to me, and I do chat to them. Not real luvvies, just like they are on the screen, well grant is a little posher :) And does love a timepiece, even though he has not seen any of my LED's. I have only found one bashed up LED at a boot sale too, ( given up on that idea ). Well As for a way to recognise me.... hmm, well I can be spotted on the rug stall. White male 16.5 stone.. lol. And mostly i wear a SS GP on set.
I'm in most episodes, so keep ya eyes peeled.

Nice to hear that they're nice in real life to the 'civilians', my one experience of film stardom as an extra involved a most unpleasant attitude from the "star" to the extras. More importantly, my scene was cut  Still, free food, dosh and memories. Perhaps the directors cut will have me in it 8) .

Have we gone off topic ?

I'm confused, this is digital watch forum, and people are discussing a Pulsar related subject, whats the problem? Personally I believe that as long as a disscussion is on topic a thread never runs it's course until people have nothing more to say :?

I agree richard_uk, although the thread has gone a little anglo-centric. Still, Mr Frequency 32768hz has set a precident in getting a bit more exposure for LED's on UK tv. Maybe Bruce or D.M. could get a part on '24' or the Soppranos etc. in the USA, or andyz4000 could try for a part on 'Neighbours'? :D

I thought andyz4000 was in Europe just now from what he said on one of his ebay auctions so not likely at the moment.

Has this topic, having been shot dead by Bruce from the cover of a bunch of Pulsars, suddenly reappeared alive and well......

"'ello princess"

Here is the famous Eastenders shot of the well known Mr F, desperately trying to get rich playing on the one armed bandit, or he's going to have to sell his beloved P1 to pay his bills.

Lloyd had told me about this when I met him a couple years ago, and I must confess I had been curious to see how obvious it was that it was actually a P1. If you have the whole segment on video I wouldn't mind having that to see, as well. My respect for the P1 softens my position on this thread [and, BTW, if I ever got a spot on ANY public medium, I would probably wear mine, too]. But, with everyones' curiosity satisfied, are we done now...?
