Hello people of the digital watch forum.
My name is Cesar and i am from The Netherlands.
I have been keeping a close eye on this forum for quite some time now.
Today i decided to introduce myself and become a member of this forum.
At the start of this year i bought my first vintage led driver watch,
a Bulova Computron, it cost quite a bit of money but it is brand new never worn and with all the manuals boxes hangtags etc.
The moment i opened the watch box my soul was sold to the devil....what a beauty!!!! :-D
Now at the end of the year my collection of watches has grown.
i collect mostly driver style watches, but some other styles such as nixie watches or jump-hour watches attract my attention as well.
My latest purchase is a stunning Benrus Led Pop-up watch.
Which some say is "The Holy Grail".
I read somewhere on this forum that someone had posted a user manual of this watch, however the link is long dead.
If someone could still help me obtain a copy i would very much appreciate it.
Well thank you for your interest and hopefully a lot of good conversations on this forum about this wonderful addictive hobby.

Best Wishes, Cesar

Hello Dr. Laser

Nice to meet you.
I'm sorry i have waited a long time to get this watch.
I just got the watch myself and am not planning on
selling it anytime soon.
It is in an almost like new condition just a few minor scratches on
the battery cover nothing serious and everything works.
Getting it out of the USA to the Netherlands through customs, taxes etc.
The watch cost about $1250, but is worth every penny.

Here is a picture of the watch.

And one with the leds working.

Dr Laser,

Good luck with your quest in obtaining all the watches on your list.
The one that is now on top of my list is the Jaz Derby Swissonic.
Of course i still have a few more on my "wanted" preferably "alive" list.
I'm curious which country are you from?

Well,

Merci beaucoup!

I don't think people will mind, they are free to join in the conversation.
