Hello,
All my efforts to replace my Seiko m159-5059's LCD polarizer has failed! I accidentally cracked the LCD screen, and now it is junk. I tried covering the existing LCD with a piece of high contrast polarizer from Polarization.com, but the extra layer caused too much stress on the LCD and it cracked. Now it is basically junk.
Anyway, I now need a new or used Seiko m159-5059 LCD replacement. I am not sure how rare or common those are, but in order to finish this project I am on, I need the replacement.
Can anyone help with this please? I would really appreciate it a lot. I am willing to spent real money for the LCD replacement, as long as the replacement works perfectly.
By the way!!! Anyone who need a few square inches of LCD polarizer film please let me know. I spent a lot of money on getting a 6x10 chunk of it, and I would be happy to give it to a needy person!
Thank you all.
