Forum members and visitors:
Tor Kinlok, the developer of this site, has turned over ownership of DWF.NU as of today, January 26th,2007. We appreciate this great thing he started - now it is time for someone else to pick up the task. Much like Tor, who started this site because he was looking for answers he wasn't finding out on the Web or anywhere else, I have a desire for something I'm not finding out "there". My plan/hope/dream is to develope an online magazine, "devoted to the digital edge of horology" that will help elevate interest in digital watches to an equal status with mechanical timepieces. To that end I have started a new site, www.thedigitalwatch.com, which will incorporate this forum, all of it's users, and all of the funny, sad, informative and argumentive posts and replies into it. My hope is to have informative articles, tips, a Vintage and a Modern "Watch of the Month"..you get the idea. And some of you certainly would have great ideas and input for this venture.
www.thedigitalwatch will not be MY site, nor will this one; although, someone has to be "in charge".
Finally, I would like to invite back the any banned, former members who have been lurking or just plain staying away...you should at least have a shot at exasperating the new site adminstrator.
Both sites are going to allow advertisers, but in their own area - only.
Thanking you all in advance for your thoughts, suggestions and encouragement.

Editor - www.TheDigitalWatch.com & www.DWF.NU
