Well, its a Citizen LCD, perhaps a "Crystron" but i can't see if it is marked that or not and it is probably from around 76, 72 would be way to early for this watch

It's a Crystron alright but to be honest that was the brand name for most of their Quartz series also analog watches.
this one is from 1974/75 and is their first LCD. it's also stem-set.
