1980's Advance chrono-alarm. How do I set it?

Post10 Jul 2007, 07:41

I've had this Advance Chrono-Alarm LCD watch since sometime in the 1980's. I used to know how to set it but it's been in a box for years.

I've figured out how to set the alarm time- but not the day, how to turn the alarm on and off, the stopwatch and how to switch between 12 and 24 hour time.

I can't figure out how to set the regular time, day of week and date. I've never had instructions for it so there's stuff it does I've never figured out.

Advance seems to have been bought by the Geneva group, but the contact form on their website is not working.

I dug this watch out because I've somehow misplaced my 1998/99 ordinary Timex analog watch whose only non-time-telling feature is the Indiglo backlight, which I rarely used and it broke some time ago. Still on its original battery!
