Cosmotron is Citizen's reply to ESA's Dynotron - the first transistored electro-balance mechanical watches of the late 60's - often marketed as Swissonic.

most likely the model name was not copyrighted by Citizen thus somebody used that cool naming for an Asian knock-off or similar.
