Looks very much like a Casiotron to me. Maybe a rebranded Casio?

yes, it might be a Casio.
the case is typical Casiotron but the module is very simple. the first Casiotron has a whole lot mor functions on the main display.
a cheaper Casio version or an outdated module sold cheap.

Casiotron modules were sold to Tissot so you can expect a Casio design with Tissot label to reach some 300$ or more.
not worth it in my opinion.
Tissot from the 60's up till now is just a brand housing ETA, ESA or other sourced movements.

Dont know whether it helps but here is a rebranded Tissot http://www.digitalwatchlibrary.com/index.php/DWL/1work/949/
There is also some casiotrons that are on the site that are very similar although their casing looks a lot crisper(not sure whether thats because yours has been polished).
