A Seiko H239 came to me...almost good...

In my search to a Seiko H230 like this:

I had put some "Wanted" adds on various fora, and someone called he had a H239-500a that he wanted to trade against a 7T32 I had for sale. It was not exactly the model I was looking for, but came pretty close. So I made the trade, and now am owner of this H230-500a:

(The glass seems more damaged on the pictures than in real life)

And it works as it should! Maybe once I will get the model that I'm looking for....still dreaming.

I think I have the watch you are looking for in nice non-working condition. If you PM I'll send you some photos, you could get you local watchman to switch the face and the hands from your working model.
