Unusual? Casio Casiotron mens dress watch.

Post30 Sep 2016, 05:13

Recently acquired a minty Casio Casiotron D301 small dress watch. It came with its original strap and buckle ( although the straps under lining has all but rotted away.) I've not been able to find any info to this model anywhere.. Its pretty small approx 26mm x 28mm but has wide 22mm strap lugs.
Does anybody know anything about it. It seems to be working fine ( light works) but so far I haven't been able to figure out how to set the time date etc as I'm not to sure of the module #. ( any suggestions)
Kasper did help me remove battery ( thanks!) Not sure if I'm going to keep it as I just collect Sekios but it sure is pretty. What do you think?

On all Casio watches the number in the outlined box on the back is the module number- so this one is module 76

Thanks Old Tom, pretty dumb of me not to have thought of that. Hopefully I can now set the time right!

Some watches are made to last only as long as they are fashionable
Some watches, simply are not made to last
Seiko watches are designed to withstand the ravages of both time and fashion
Someday perhaps, all watches will be made this way

Good news ( for me!) module # 26/86 was close enough to # 76 for me to figure it out.
a simple time and date only (+light) watch.
