Here's one I just found out about. It can display the exact time, but its default mode is an "approximate" representation:

I emailed asking for more info - here was the response:
We're anticipating price around $200 USD. The Timeline will be a little less, and the About Time a bit more. Availability perhaps this summer

what kind of module are they using? Its definately not segments on their jpegs. E-ink?
