Recommendations for my wife

Can anyone recommend a medium sized LCD watch with electroluminescent backlight - simple, stylish - durable strap - not too girly but less nerdy than my MEGA 1000 - and not costing silly money?

Oh, and it should be easy to get hold of (I'm not a collector - don't want to spend months tracking one down).

not really - alarm perhaps, but time and date would be fine.

although maybe no alarm would be a good thing... she's not too good at setting the darn things so they're always going off in the bottom of a bag somewhere. ;)

it's probably best without radio control too
