How to set time VOIT LCD watch

My son has a Voit LCD watch. There isn't a specific model number on it, but it says SHOCK on the band. It has 4 setting buttons (Light, Mode, Reset, Start) and a button with "EL" printed on the face.

I cannot seem to figure out how to set it up. It's currently on military (24H) time, and I can't get it back to AM/PM (12H) time. Could someone help me out with tips how to set it up?

When you push the start button then automatically time setting option will be appear on the watch screen .
