Ventura SPARC MGS and Alpha II ready for pre-order

Post10 Sep 2011, 12:20

Only a limited Launch Edition of 25pcs, but finally things are moving and the prices are definite.

And, FINALLY, they changed the biggest annoyance of the scroll system: now minutes and seconds are adjusted separately, not by scrolling fast or slow. That never worked well, neither on the Sparc px, nor on the Alpha, Delta, or Kappa - and also not on the Rado Multifunction that uses the same method.

Same for the Alpha II.

"We anticipate to be able to deliver your time piece by latest mid-October" - well, I'll see :-D

Quite the most impressive and highest quality digital watch available.I have been blown away with the delta. This company should be commended in their use of the very best materials and expertise from some of the most talented people in their field.
This is ,in my opinion the highest quality digital watch ever ,new or old.

My Kappa loses about 1s per month. On the Delta I haven't adjusted the seconds for now 18 months and it's currently 1s off - I can see no difference between wearing (first 12 months) or just storing it (last 6 months). Of course at extreme temperatures this could be different...
