I've been wanting a Fossil JR-6465, but in the meantime I've bought this Diesel DZ7086 on Ebay.

It's only got a 2 colour display, and the functions are limited to telling the time with various different animations, and that's it.

It's an interesting cross between an LCD and LED in that the screen isn't backlit like a colour LCD screen, but it's the pixels themselves that fluoresce albeit only in a single colour per pixel.

I'll be interested to see how long the batteries last!

thx for the review..i saw it passing on the bay...didn't bought it cause of the plastic band (hate it). I know that it sold a few years ago in total stainless steel version. Don't know if it;s the same as yours,

The band is leather, but thanks for not bidding against me!

The batteries are still going after 3 days of frequent viewing.

According to my younger work colleagues it is "Sick"...I am lead to believe this may be meant as a compliment?
