Well, now I know where the girly pictures will be Richard! You're gonna wear that on your non-dminant hand, right?

lol, i just wanted to post about exactly that watch as i ordered one today, the 2 GB version. Ahhh, that will let me watch many max headroom episodes in the bus and lunch break.

I actually thought its quite crappy due to its display and stuff, but then i saw that video from a watch collector (Look at his BUlova Drivers watch!). I'd never have thought the videos look so crisp and dont skip at all.

Unfortunately the language is spanish or so, i only understood a few words halfway.

Here's another I found on youtube, again it's Spanish but it's a well put together video....

P.S. after playing with it I realise it needs some software improvement, the file system isn't great, but it's usable and they say there will be free updates.

They should release an SDK and let you run applications on the watch. With 2 Gig of memory, you could have complete customer databases on your wrist. :)

It has an Organic LED display, now I wonder if you could customise the way it displays the time. That would be a pretty neat feature, like those Suunto watches with customized displays.

Cool videos of this watch in operation too. Thanks for the links guys

Wow yeah, this could really offer an endless array of time display types and designs.

Can it be done?

With the current firmware - no. You'd need to be pleased with the standard watch program, but thats looking nice and changing colours every minute.

Lets hope they will soon release a newer version or firmware that enables you to use more or even custom watch faces. 8)

I got mine and like 2 days after i ordered it the newer versions with built-in radio, speaker and ebook reader appear at ebay. I have also seen announcements from the chinese manufacturers about new versions with bluetooth and games. Lets hope they will add new features soon.
