I need help in replacing a crystal in this Seiko

Hi guys, I picked up this World Timer recently and have bought a new crystal for it, are they just bonded in? My main worry is damaging the printed bit underneath the crystal :( The case ref is 5000 and seems to be a common case ref...Do you guys know anyone trustworthy in the UK that would do it for me?
