Pin Bar Link Remover

Post05 Feb 2008, 13:32

Which Pin Bar Link Remover is best for removing the band from the case? I got one, but it wasn't wide enough for my P2...

I thought about this one....

Would that do the trick, or do you guys do it some other way??

There is a blue plastic one that is a little bigger than the one you bought that works just fine if you don't do a lot of pin work. You can get those for $5-7 or a few people are selling a "watch tool set" for about $15 that comes with that one and a few other tools.

Always push slowly and make sure you are keeping the pusher dead-on straight even on the best ones you will ruin the pushing pin if you let it tip at all off a stright line.
