Whats wrong with this module?

I just bought this module on ebay. It acts exactly like the picture shows, with almost all segments lighting constantly without pushing any buttons. It does not change or react to any action. It also appear to drain the battery pretty quick.

Seller tells me it's ok to get a refund, but I'm not sure if want to return it if it's a pretty good chance to get it running.

Anyone have any good suggestions??

If you have any 'bad_item_return_issues' please also let me know if I need to take any precautions...

The watch is now returned with a full refund. And it has now been relisted as for repair and 'as-is'.
