Seiko D229 battery connector.

Post29 Apr 2015, 11:02

Im repair a D229 for a friend. I managed to source the parts for the crown setting so impossible bit done. Im now looking for a battery connector for the push button mechanism. This very rarely fails so there mus have been water ingress at some point. Does anybody have a breaker in their parts box that still has the battery connector on. Im quite happy to pay or trade. Its for a good cause and keeping another awesome D229 alive

thanks Adam

Last chance! before I have to make one. Go on have a deep root around those parts boxes. If you have a dead one this part should be good and I can Kaspers watch a new lease of life.

That would work it needs to be that part Matt. I have a feeling i'm either going to have to extend what I have or reconstruct another. Thanks for having a look and offering though. It is appreciated.
