DrLaser,

Dang, you got lucky. That's pretty awesome to have a working P4 and box for 100 bucks. Unless you've got major karma points saved up from a past lifetime of charity work or something, I wouldn't expect this to happen on a regular basis. It's nice to get lucky once in a while, though.

Nice catch - the P4 is a lovely beast, isn't it?

For the life of me, I can't figure out why people selling high end vintage watches can't seem to figure out the batteries. It's not complicated. The batteries are not hard to find. It's unbelievable. I just don't get it.

first, i never saw a led with day display like that.
and i was from the impression that all pulsars were matt or rough sanded..not shiny like this one.

i saw that one also..but..i did not want it..to much shiny..so the case was in a bad state and there was a lot of polishing going on. (too much)
and the leds look like it's a new module of another kind..so tiny..maybe as was wrong...
these were my perceptions on this one but i'm not a pulsar led connaisseur offcoursse :-)

The 403 DOW module is the correct one for the GF Pulsar Classic 5310.

The module can also be transplanted into the 'Big Time' and looks cool IMO.

Bingo ..Bonanza .!

Two P4's in a row . I bought another Pulsar P4 for $110 .. This last one is a SS .Once again was advertised as not working ..It works But has a problem with one of the segments . is the same on all 4digits ,so must be bad solder joint somewhere or that particuliar segment driver is out ..
I will take it apart some day !
In regard of the karma thing ..I don't think so ..Our Lab is closing and we will out work pretty soon !

As other's noted, that last piece has a nice DOW module - but the case is kind of rough. It will go into a Big Time case that is waiting for it.

Some people :!:

Anyone else interested in this job? - the pay stinks...and it's hell on your social life.
