Pulsar P2 Date

Post11 Jan 2012, 18:52

Around only 15000 P2 dates were released and of that only approx 3000 have the logo on the glass.

An excellent watch! I have two myself in SS- one with the logo on on the crystal and the other on the case. This is still my favorite of the Pulsars. 8-)

So do either of you two wear your watches on special occasions? Or do you wear them just going out?

Just curious.

I like to wear them on a regular basis. Since the majority of my watches are not in mint" condition, I am not afraid to wear them in the 'real world'.
I have a few "mint-y" LCD watches, I don't wear those but I wear their duplicates.

Nice watch!
Thanks for sharing the number count ;-)
I just found one with the logo glass a few days ago in a cigar box of watches, at an Antique Mall... and it works!

Awesome find Bernus! I used to persue those antique malls for years hoping to find something like you did - a great vintange LED watch " hiding in a box of junk" and buy it dirt cheap. It never happened to me, but I'm glad you found a hidden treasure.

This is the problem with these examples, too good to wear for fear of marking them ,your possibly better off with a used example. At least the pressure is off ! ~:(

I agree holly35 - that is my practice. If you have a pristine watch that you're afraid to damage in any way, then try to find the same models that have some wear to them. Then you can enjoy them both- one to admire and the other to wear.
