Once in a life time ...

Post03 Apr 2006, 16:47

Since time bonds all of us on here, I thought it right to point out the following piece of info about an event that will only occur once in your lifetime, and never again, ever. Sad thought ehh ?

On Wednesday, at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 in the morning, the time and date will be

01:02:03 04.05.06

You may now return to your normal stuff.

Or in 2106? But will we anyone of us be alive then?
BTW in many countries the magic date is the 4th of May because they write DD.MM.YY
Anyway, thanks for the ponter - I'll set my alarm clock and keep a camera ready

... dont forget to press the camera button about 1 second before the exact moment, else it might spend so long focusing it will miss the clickover and you'll have to wait until 2106 or 3006 etc ... after all, it would be wrong to preset the watchtime or do anything sneaky :D

Diginut, looks like your post hit the big time:

LED watches are quiet and polite. No ticking, no tocking, no beeping, no buzzing; they will only tell you the time when you ask to see it and they will do so instantly with no attention-seeking animations. A more civilized watch for a more civilized age.

Blimey, fame at last :)

So at the exact moment, did anyone else notice any antimatter collisions or distortions in the time space continium ? No ? Sheesh. Maybe we're all a simulation after all :(

Get Michael Crichton's book "Timeline".....according to it(just good fiction based on some facts)we are all populating an infinate number of universes, each a little different. So cheer up, in some other plane of reality, you just won a NOS Omega for $1.
