Famous people and their digi's

I know another well known pulsar site has a lot of Gerald Ford so here's one of a Fiat, well ok it's Gianni Agnelli.

I found this today on another watchsite, the debate was should watches be worn over the cuff.

Just for the record the answer is NO! NEVER!

If you disagree you are just plain wrong.

Very cool Fitron. Is he wearing a Classic?
And I hear you with the 'never over the cuff'!

"over the cuff" - (need a puke smiley here) ;-)
Better have your left sleeve shortened so eveybody can spot your Rolex immediately ;-)

Anyway, what is Mr. Agnelli wearing? I admit have no idea.

I cheerfully admit to not having a clue as to which watch it is. My best bet is a P2 date command. Anyone else?

So you guys are saying Date II? I'm just messing with you...but the terminology got a little murky, it could confuse someone new. I'm in agreement - it's a Date II or else a P2 and what we think is a left side(date) button is just a shadow.

Never over the cuff. Takes away from the whole movement of poking your wrist out to check your watch. The idea being that it is your personal rendering of the current time, not for public display until someone requests the time or a look at your watch. And it ruins the look of the cuff as well, particularly a "French style" cuff(requiring cufflinks, rather than just overlapping and a button). Tacky! Then again, maybe he liked the watch but it bothered his skin/wrist.
