They all work, yes. The histories are not that complicated. No.1, from a private collector [third or fourth owner], No. 2, private collector [from estate sale, again, third or fourth owner], No. 3, ebay, from the son of the original owner, No. 4, private collector [third owner], No. 5, ebay [fourth owner]. Only one still needs to be opened and restored [pretty nice now, so not in any big hurry, but I promise, when I do, I will make a vid of the case opening]. A "group portrait" of all 100 solid gold watches is in the works...[and yes, all working but one, unless somebody has a Pulse-Time module for sale].
To answer your second question; yes, the P3 did come in this box [occasionally]. I have seen it referred to more than once as the "Chocolate Box", because it looks a bit like boxes some high-end chocolate confections came in, back in the 30s and 40s. The vast majority of P3s came in the two taller "blue boxes", and, of course, the ever-present "Brown Clamshell". A number of Time Computer models came in model-specific boxes, such as the P1, Pulse-Time, and Calculators. The boxes, some of them extremely rare [including two that were not originally Pulsar boxes, but were generic containers with Time Computer modifications], represent a seperate collecting specialty within the Pulsar world.
