Daylight Savings - How Many Watches to Reset?

Post14 Mar 2010, 18:13

So, it's that time of year again.

I'm just curious and taking a little poll - how many watches will you take the time to reset today? 20? 50? 100?

I can guess what Bruce will be doing today... :)

Yeah, 100 would just get me through the solid gold stuff...final number closer to 300+. I hate daylight saving time... ;-)

It used to be about 30.
But now I adjust them to DST only when I wear them. So in the end it's only 4 or 5, and the rest will be correct again when DST ends...

I have a watch box that houses my 7 daily wearers, so I changed them. The others I'll get to as they rotate in and one of the current dailies rotate out (to another storage box). Using this methond not only saves me time (LOL - daylight 'savings') but helps me notice which watches I have batteries in but never seem to wear. When the time change comes again in the fall and I have the then 'correct' time, I notice that I haven't worn that particular watch at all in the past few months.
