Nice idea. IF there have to be pictures, I suggest: a few some LED classics (e.g. Pulsar, HP-01, Synchronar), one LCD classic (DSM Optel) and a modern LCD (I can contribute some nice Ventura pictures). I could do well without the novelty LEDs (Tokyoflash etc.).
I do have a huge collection of excellent pictures collected from ebay auctions (esp. majestyk and usick/led-forever), but these can't be used in public without permission - which would probably be granted if asked for.

Almost forgot - the GP also MUST be among the images.

Maybe have a bigger set of images and rotate them ony a daily basis, or randomly deliver different ones at each page impression?

Exactly. Even shots of various parts, manuals,etc. might be interesting eye candy, and make it interesting. But I Like having the site name and one static picture, a logo of sorts, so pages are immediately identified as being part of the same site.

This is your chance to mention features that work good, features that don't and features it would be nice to have, even if you have told me before.
