Where is Bruce Wegmann in San Diego?

I am trying to find out the numbering system used on these qtc/qed models.I have seen two watches where both share the same numbers on one set,but different serial? numbers.

Did a little online searching. Someone named Bruce D Wegmann passed away in San Diego, Ca during last 60 days. I stopped short of handing them(search site) $40 for the full record. Bummer if it's so...

His name IS Bruce D Wegmann, he DOES live in San Diego, and he IS abaout 60 AFAIK. Quite a coincidence...

Hi. This adds very little information, but I tried calling Bruce and just got his usual message. I'll keep trying and let you know if I hear anything. I probably should have left a message but in that 3 second delay before the beep, I could imagine myself stammering and Bruce hearing the message and discerning what I was calling for since I'm not really certain of proper phone etiquette for telephoning to find out if someone is alive.

I was talking with Bruce last year when he was helping me with the MIB Redux I was putting together. I found his phone number in my old phone call register log-book at work. I left him a few voicemail a few minutes ago. I'll update everone if (when?) I hear from him.

I just had a lengthy (for me) phone conversation with Bruce and can report that he is quite alive and well.

He reports that his phone / internet connection has been patchy and that he may return to the forum on a more active basis when that gets sorted out. He said he was taking a bit of a break also since things have been a little quiet around here.

He missed the chance to exclaim "rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated!"
