Matthias Breschan is president of Hamilton International.
´One of the great things about Hamilton is its history. The company was involved in developing many of the watch world's innovations like the first electrical watch or the first digital display for instance. The watch that Mr. Breschan talks about in this sound bite is the Pulsomatic that commemorates the creation of the Pulsar (world's first digital watch) created forty years ago. The Pulsomatic is the perfect watch to demonstrate how Hamilton sets itself apart from other companies with similar price range.´

He is very much correct on the marketing side of things.
There is a revival of interest for electronic digital watches and a well made one is most definitely a way to distinguish a brand. Drag in the history bit that nobody is going to contest and Bob´s your uncle.
I have seen the thing on the wrsit now and it ís a

watch that beats 9 out of 10 analogue watches in presence.
I still have a bit of a problem with the price in the light of the MiBII but taht is not altogether fair nor correct.
The Pulsomatic does compair ok with contemporary 2K analogue Swiss mechanicals.
