The day that stopped the world

Post09 Sep 2011, 17:49

As we know, the 10th anniversary of those terrible events carried out by those gutless bastards is approaching.

I just wanted to pay my utmost respect to all those people effected in the US & to the heros that did what they could during and after the event.
I know how its affected me & I live in the most isolated city in the world so anyway good luck to all of you yanks over there, the good people of the world feel your pain & are thankfull for your achievments (well i am anyway)
:-D

Thanks Andy. Realistically, there were people from all over the world in that building. Probably even someone from Perth - certainly someone who had a loved one in Perth. I sang at the going away party for a friend leaving for the Middle East 8 years ago. He never made it back. Yeah, sucks big-time.

And you don't want to know where I was that morning - that couldn't have more fucked up, short of being in that building. Surreal.
