testing a new watchdisplay

Post22 Jan 2013, 22:12

I like to have all my watches close at hand..so i tried a new watchdisplay...what do you think.

it's just a first setup..without the seiko's and a few others.
The box measures 60 by 80 cm
+-75 watches ..not bad for that space and yes they are all working :-D

Wow, nice....a burglar's smash-and-grab dream. I'd go after the second-from-the-top row, left side, myself...lol. Actually, I'd thought about something like this, once upon a time, but when I totaled up what would be there, it just got to be a silly number, and, if you'll pardon the pun, I shelved the idea. Bits of the collection still get out for special events (watch shows and the occasional interested visitor), but most of the time they're locked away like the gold in Fort Knox...unfortunate, but true.

ooh no, Bruce!! this is my lifetime..not from anybody else. Everything i can do to make life more beautiful, i do. And looking at something beautiful make me feel happy..like my wife, my baby daughter, my interior, my watches etc etc.
I want to look at them, enjoy them, let others enjoy it to.
Locking it away?? for who...the next buyer?...my grandchildren when i'm dead? They don't give a sh*t and say...look what the old man left behind, no i don't like it..lets sell it all :-D
So Bruce..grab them all, look at them..cherish them..wear them every day as it was your last day....i will :-D

What time is it? I like it. Nice! You have more wall space, though...

Great looking cabinet Kasper. I could probably only fill the top row :-)
