I bought a Casio wv-58a (3054) about a year ago. It has never updated. It has also constantly reset to factory defaults - i.e. January 1st, 2005 at 12:00am. I bought it online at a discounted price. I have changed the battery - therefore voiding the warranty - and it is still the same. The satellite is greyed out all the time. I am beginning to think it might have a mechanical fault. I wrote to Casio, but they never replied.
Any chance of repairing this, or is it now junk?
