Seiko 0533B (0533-5020)

Post06 Aug 2013, 21:01

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to ask if anyone here had a spare 0533B or Seiko 0533-5020 module they could sell me. Mine does not work properly.

Thank you all,

Hello,

Just an update, I am working with a person who claims that they have a spare Seiko 0533B module with a broken LCD. I am now trying to get the exact module number model, as there is a difference in the "A" version from the "B" version.

Not sure about the 0533, but with the 0634 modules the only difference between A and B is the printed circuit board that has been updated.
The 0634 lcd panels fit on A and B circuit boards, it could be the same for the 0533.

There is a difference in the display. If you compare both watches (modules) side by side, you will notice a difference in the size of the display, but I am still trying to get a hold of the seller.

So I would like to know if anyone here is familiar with the eBay seller: 2006minton

He may be a member here on the DWF, but... said that he had a spare 0533B module with a defective LCD panel, and was willing to sell it. After several emails sent to him, he has not replied back. I just wish that I had some conclusion to this if possible.

Anyway, That is the story.
