Two Watches In One?

Post31 Jan 2014, 21:41

I thought about buying a Racine watch just so I could hold it up to a mirror and have it morph into an Enicar watch. :grin1:

For your info ENICAR is Racine backwards and Racine was the famous Gallet manufacturer.
There was a family squabble and one of the Racine brothers set up another company and called it Enicar (Racine backwards)

I didn't had an idea...so now i know.

I always found the Racine/Enicar story funny, if only for the lack of imagination when naming the new company, what do you think Repsak, 87apsev? :grin1:

Mr Rotavator would have to try harder to come up with a new name but I bet Mr Tnuc is trying very hard to get along with his siblings.
