It looks really tacky, but I wouldn't be able to take my mind off the watch knowing how much it's worth.

As it has been said on this forum and many other places, maybe
it got lost in translation.
Perhaps someone told him " If you've got it flaunt it" and the Japanese
for flaunt it could be " leave it laying around ".
I don't speak Japanese

Then again I wouldn't buy/wear a watch like that either.
