Eurochron Radio watch incorrect time

Post08 Apr 2016, 13:53

:Hi: , can any one help me with my Eurochron watch problem? It has lost time after beeing gifted to me by an honest man that I know.
The watch is the following Eurochron model: http://imgur.com/a/m0edz I do not know its exact model number but it does say the following on the back: DBP 288 GH, Waterresistant, Made in Germany.
He lives a few km away from me and on an higher altitude than me. By my logic, is it possible that somehow something interfered with the watch antenna and caused it to reset, or maybe the battery bumped and reseated causing the watch to reset as well? Should I ask him to take it with him so it can try and catch an time signal as he lives on an higher altitude, or is it possible for me to set the time manually via the two button controlls, or maybe build an radio wave time transmitter?
Thanks :)

best time to check for connection is at night or higher altitude. And yes, it must be possible to set the watch manual.
