Here are some cleaned up and sized quick reference card jpegs for your hp 01
I have sharpened and sized them. For your printer set height at 3.25 inches and the width will be correct. Then print on glossy two sided photopaper with printer layout set at 'centre'. Then flip and print side two. Looks just like the original.
Thanks to Luca for sending the preliminary scans. The originals jpegs are better than these photobucket images so email me and I will send them to you.
