Does anyone know anything about the P1 listing on Old Pulsars?

It's for real; owner has had it for several years. Serial number is documented; good condition [not mint, but nice, no box or setting magnet]. I think you're looking at a $10K+ price tag here. It is one of 29 specimens in known locations or collections [there is a possible 30th watch in France].
