Salesman's P1 On Ebay

Post23 Apr 2026, 23:46

I came across this P1 for sale on eBay...for those members who may be interested.

Salesman's demo watch the listing mentions and it still has the original module fitted...an interesting piece of LED history.

I've spoken at length with the seller, and it turns out the watch was purchased from the estate (at an unbelievable price) of an Electro-Data employee, who actually kept and wore it for a while. It likely never saw service as an actual "salesman sample" (or "wear sample). It is, as you would expect, not in working condition. My best estimate is that we're up to about ten of these.

Oh, and to make things clear...this is NOT a P1. Not solid gold, no markings, and was never intended to be sold to the public. It just LOOKS like a P1, is all.
