Re: Dont Buy This P2 Off eBay!!

Hi guys,
I have bid on many items and lost the bid at the end of the auction to see the same item been relisted over and over many times. So, one time i brought it to the seller attention and he replied me that he had 58 of the same watch!!!!
Can you believe it?????!!!!
I see the same items been sold and relisted pretty much everyday on ebay.
I really dont know how ebay let this things happen.
Watches, modules, bands, other parts, you name it!!!
And if you make an offer for a seller and he preffer to let the item go to auction, you can write in stone that "magically" the auction is going to end up at the amount you offered or just about the same!!! What a coincidence?!!!
Have anybody heard about ethics?!
Thanks for the heads up on the "fraudulent" listings.
Have a great weekend.

Just to continue with the theme of this thread, this is one I would think twice about
No ebay buyer protection if purchased privately and I didnt think that ebay allowed such transactions to take place.

I meant to reply earlier - I think a "Dodgy eBay Sellers" list is a fine idea.

The guy who bought this watch has left his neutral feedback ???
http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI ... ckAsSeller

And guess what the TC2 that he sold to me but I did get a full refund and because I didn't realise what he was up to,
I didn't leave any feedback. He did it again and it didn't turn up again

However I have bought from him before with mixed outcomes. Also Johnperry has too (with good feedback) the Guy don't make sense :?:

As I said before so have I but at the very least with this seller it should be BUYER BEWARE
I know with ebay that to some extent that should always be the case. BUT....
Surely his listing of the pulsar previously listed by Luca is at best misrepresentation.
And if he never had it/one for sale is it not Fraud :?:

It just seems to me that because the general public accepts this EBAY does very little. Or.. Maybe it's
Because EBAY does very little that the general public accepts this.

What came first :?: CHICKEN? EGG? :secret:
