Pulsar 3502 sport with wrist flick

Post08 Aug 2007, 22:18

My 3502 has the wrist-flick function, at first i didn't know, but i suddenly noticed after replacing the batteries that it had a mercury switch.
The drop of mercury was stuck in the glass tube, but with some gentle taps i got it to move freely again, it works fine now.

Nowhere i find anything about this on the web, even Barbie9 doesn't mention this in his auctions.

Is my module something special or are they all not working??

The same [800] module fits both the Sport and Limited Edition Dress watch. The variation with the Auto-Command switch is not common. I do not recall that the Sport was ever advertised with that feature, and it is possible that none ever left the factory with an A-C-equipped module. It could certainly happen that one could go into a Sport that came back for a module replacement. Time for all us 3502 owners to check our watches and see what percentage has the switch [I have two, both negative].
