Incredibly, I have had my eBay listings for the battery spacers and tools removed (along with those of the guy in Hungary making the aluminum ones), because of the use of the Hamilton and Omega company names in the listing title. I am currently trying to resolve this issue with the eBay policy-makers. Obviously, without the associated brand names, the tools and spacers will be lost among the thousands of generic "LED watch" listings. They will continue to be available from me, directly. Happened to me too listing on e bay object related to big brands but not built directly from them.What i did was stating at the end of the description:"i am selling this object on my own responsability i am a private seller and there is no direct relationship between me and (.....the name of the brand....) i hereby release e bay from any responsability caused from this private selling."(find the most correct english form of what i am saying my english sucks!!).consider that E bay would never ask you to write so..i discovered it myself noticing that all the aution similar to mine that were not removed had this statement at the end..
Worked for me i relisted and the auction then sayed for month..E bay just want to avoid any complaint from any of thoose big brands and this way you avoid them the problem..hope will work for you too..e bay is a jungle sometimes..
